All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and include the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Registration Fees

¹ This fee is offered to delegates who are working in countries designated by the world bank as having a GNI at $3,946 or more.
² This fee is offered to delegates who are working in countries designated by the world bank as having a GNI at less than $3,946.

³ Special Groups - Medical Trainees please fax or scan/email (pdf) a letter of evidence written by your Head of Department confirming your current training position. Your registration will not be processed until this letter has been received.

Membership

International Child Neurology Association (ICNA)

The ICNA is a non profit association of child neurologists and members of allied professions from all parts of the world dedicated to promoting clinical and scientific research in the field of child neurology. For more information about ICNA, including how to join, please visit the ICNA website.

Asian and Oceanian Child Neurology Association

The AOCNA is a non profit organisation that was first established in 1983 to improve neurological medical services to the children of the region. Half of the worlds’ children live within the region and are widely dispersed geographically. Child Neurologists in the region are few. The formation of AOCNA and subsequently ten successful congresses has supported and promoted the interests of child neurological services in the region. Australia and New Zealand Child Neurology Society (ANZCNS)

The Australia and New Zealand Child Neurology Society (ANZCNS) is a collaborative group of medical professionals in Australia and New Zealand who are working in the field of paediatric neurology or in allied neurosciences. The organization aims to promote the best possible care for children with neurological disease by fostering education and training of those who care for children with neurological diseases, advancing neuropaediatric research and promoting and monitoring standards of care for children with neurological disease. Registration Acknowledgement

Your registration will be acknowledged within 5 working days. Registration fees are based on date of receipt of payment (not the receipt of registration form).

Accommodation Information

ICMS Travel, as the official housing bureau for the Congress, has been able to secure discounted accommodation rates at selected hotels. Reservations need to be made before Friday, 20 April 2012. The room rates are per night and do not include breakfast. Accommodation will be allocated in order of receipt of bookings and payment.

Arrival Time

Please indicate on your registration form your estimated time of arrival to the hotel. Check-in time is usually from 14:00. Should you wish to guarantee your room is ready before the hotel check-in time, it is recommended that you book and pay for the room for the evening prior to your arrival. Failure to advise your arrival time may mean that your room will be released.

Accommodation Deposit

To secure your reservation a deposit equivalent to one night's room tariff is required. If paying by credit card, your details will be passed onto the hotel as a guarantee. The hotel may not initially deduct a deposit payment from your credit card but may charge your full payment at the time of checkout. The hotel may charge a processing fee on payments by credit card. Bookings cannot be made until ICMS Travel receives your payment or credit card details. Room rates are in Australian Dollars and include the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Refunds

Notice of cancellation, when received in writing, will be processed and your registration fee refunded subject to the following deductions:

Full Registration

• Notice of cancellation received in writing on or before Friday, 27 January 2012 will be charged an administration fee equal to 25% of total registration cost, and this will be deducted from your registration fees before they are refunded.
• Notice of cancellation received in writing after Friday, 27 January 2012 but before close of business on Friday, 20 April 2012 will be charged an administration fee equal to 50% of the total registration cost, and this will be deducted from your registration fees before they are refunded.
• Cancellations received in writing after Friday, 20 April 2012 will not be refundable.

Pre-Congress Symposia

• Notice of cancellation received in writing on or before Friday, 20 April 2012 will be charged an administration fee of $130 per Pre-Congress Symposium, and this will be deducted from Pre-Congress Symposium registration fees before they are refunded.
• Cancellations received in writing after Friday, 20 April 2012 will not be refundable.

Gala Dinner, Breakfast Symposium and Teaching Session and Additional Welcome Reception Tickets

• Cancellations received in writing after Friday, 20 April 2012 will not be refundable.

Accommodation

The accommodation deposit (equivalent to one night's accommodation at the Congress rate) will be forfeited for all cancellations received after Friday, 20 April 2012 or if the room is not occupied on the advised date of arrival. The venue’s own terms and conditions in relation to cancellations will apply and the cost of this will be borne by the delegate. The Congress Office cannot guarantee new bookings or amendments to existing bookings after Friday, 20 April 2012.
